Brief description of the components

The process air after having stabilized yarns (Quenching) and conditioned (Take-up), it is partly taken from the axial through vents positioned in an intake manifold at the top of the room and partly expelled from the Torrini expulsion sites on the roof of the department (this amount of air expelled is always replenished with outside air).

At this point the air undergoes a first filtration means of rotating filters and is then conveyed in the washer where it is a treatment of adiabatic humidification.
From here on is divided into two parts, since it must go to the service of two distinct areas precisely Quenching and Take-up.

Quenching air service.

After being wetted by the washer is so treated:

1) cooled and dehumidified by cooling coil,
2) and conveyed through inlet centrifugal fans,
3) heated by heating batteries,
4) Filtered finely filters high degree of filtration,
5) Adjust pressure through the shutters of surplus.
