DESCRIPTION OF THE PLANT

The facility that we propose is of the type Multi Waste® and is especially suited to your needs and plant management as evidenced by the tests carried out at another client and of which we enclose the report:

Saturday, 22/6/2002 we completed the proof of our capabilities. dust filter system "Multi Waste®" using the material samples taken during the last visit to your establishment.
The outcome was quite satisfactory and thus confirm the technical solution which had been offered ..
The tests were performed on a Multi Waste® 75,000 cbm / h in real operating conditions. All bags of material supplied to us have been sucked from ns. plant in about 3 hours and were discharged from the compactor. Once the dust input to the filter media is regenerated automatically wiped perfectly.
Even the compactor has been shown to be particularly suitable for the fiber treated, it has not given the slightest sign of clogging and the degree of compaction of the material spilled was more than good.
The only precaution to take is to provide a collection of material downstream of the compactor so it does not fall from great height, so that the residual dust is generated during the discharge, because the material has a very dry, very low degree of cohesion and despite good compaction tends to crumble during the fall in the hopper.

RESULTS OBTAINED

The multi Waste® 75 achieves a concentration of dust filter downstream of less than 8.0 mg/m3.
Minor amounts of dust can only be obtained by adding a second stage of filtration.
